The brain, in a repo.
Clone on any machine, run bootstrap.sh, and restore the full Cascade setup in under a minute. 142 agents, 41 custom skills, hook runtime, every MCP connector wired up. The foundation every other project in this portfolio runs on.
142 agents. 41 custom skills. A hook runtime. Eight MCP connectors. A bespoke settings.json. The whole thing lives in ~/.claude/. Great on my machine. Terrifying on a new one.
A single repo mirrors my ~/.claude/ directory. A bootstrap.sh symlinks everything into place, installs MCP connectors, wires environment variables from a .env template, and verifies the install with a smoke test.
The result: clone, bootstrap, running in 47 seconds. Any new machine is a one-command restore. Any broken machine is too.
Cascade, the Marketing Ops Agent, the Customer Intelligence Hub's MCP integration — they all assume this setup is present. Making the dotfiles reproducible made everything above them shareable.
