Director of Revenue Operations at Homebot. Based in Denver.
I sit at the intersection of revenue strategy and technical execution — defining what needs to happen across the GTM motion and building the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that make it actually work.
Most ops professionals optimize existing systems. I design new ones. The next generation of revenue operations runs on AI-native infrastructure — where systems don’t just report on performance but actively surface intelligence, automate decisions, and create a single conversational layer across the entire GTM stack. That’s what I’m building.
I built Homebot’s full revenue operations architecture — source tracking, conversion analytics, funnel methodology, and the qualification frameworks that govern how deals move from marketing through close. Designed and launched a full signal-based outbound motion across enterprise and BDR/SDR teams using Common Room and real-time intent data, driving $1.1M MRR in pipeline within six months. Transitioned pipeline management and forecasting from spreadsheets and static Salesforce reports to AI-driven revenue intelligence through Gong — giving leadership real-time visibility into deal health, rep coaching, and forecast accuracy.
Deep expertise across CRM systems, revenue intelligence, sales engagement, account intelligence, and BI/analytics — connecting the full stack to strategy, not just reporting. I’ve committed to staying on the bleeding edge, deepening technical skills in API architecture, AI workflow automation, and systems design, because the best ops leaders need to be builders, not just requesters.

That’s a motto a teammate once pinned on me, and it stuck. Most of what you see in this portfolio got built in 30–90 minute stretches between meetings, with Claude Code as the co-pilot. Every system gets better the next day because every correction teaches it something.
Built with Next.js 15 and deployed on Vercel. Typography is Inter, JetBrains Mono, and Instrument Serif. The entire site rebuilds and redeploys on every push to main. Status chips, stats, and the changelog strip pull from static config today; they’ll pull from Cascade’s observations database when I get around to it.
