Wrapping v2 of the Sales Intelligence Hub — unifying our weekly digest and pre-call chat under a single signal store. Targeting >40% of chat sessions originating from digest deeplinks by end of the 12-week pilot.
Not fewer people doing the same jobs — different jobs. The ops role becomes skill-architect. The CSM spends their day talking to an agent that already wrote the QBR. The rep asks a question and gets the answer before the meeting, not after. I’m testing that thesis in production this quarter.
Reading everything I can on where AI systems currently fail at revenue reasoning — what still needs a human in the loop, what doesn’t. Watching the frontier models, the MCP ecosystem, and the handful of RevOps teams doing this right.
The team has enough of those.
